The application of eyelash extensions requires precise attention to detail & a significant amount of time. There are several different techniques that can be used to achieve your desired look, and each one requires its own training. All of our lash stylists at Charlie’s Lashes are Xtreme Lashes certified in varying techniques; meaning, each stylist has participated in Xtreme’s courses, as well as passed written & practical evaluations. More importantly, once a course is completed, our artists invest countless hours into evolving and perfecting their skills. We take immense pride in our artistry & education and can confidently say we only provide the best for our clients.
Eyelash extension application is artistry that requires skill, knowledge, high-end products, and time, which is reflected in our pricing. At the Lovely Little Studio, we prioritize your natural lash health as equally as your results. We carry a large variety of Xtreme lashes, varying in length, diameter, and curl. Our stylists are trained experts and will advise you which lashes will not only give you the results you’re looking for but also guarantees the health and safety of your natural lashes.
At the Lovely Little Studio, we classify our stylists using tiers, each maintaining their own pricing for full sets & relashes. There are several factors that affect our pricing: the technique used, the level of certification & experience of the stylist, the amount of product required, and for relashes, how well you have retained your extensions. All of the techniques we use require a different amount/type of product & a different level/type of training required to perform the service.
Tier 3 Stylists: have been Advanced Xtreme certified for a minimum of 5 years
Tier 2 Stylists: have been Xtreme certified for at least 3 years & can also be Advanced Xtreme certified
Tier 1 Stylists: these are our novice stylists who have been Xtreme certified for under 3 years and are working on perfecting their technique & building their book
What is Classic Application?
A Classic application is a technique of applying one eyelash extension to one single natural lash to create a longer, darker, fuller look. This technique is the first technique to be perfected and lays the groundwork for all other techniques.
What is Volume Application?
Volume application is the technique of applying more than one extension to one single natural lash to create more depth, texture & fullness. There are several different sub-techniques within this style of lashing. Volumation requires advanced training with our brand, as well as significantly more product use and additional time.
*PLEASE NOTE: Because everyone’s lashes are different, every set done is fully custom to you & your eyes. It’s important to understand that classic on one client may require volume on another.
What’s Aftercare Like?
Every client that leaves our studio is offered all the products and education they need to care for the extensions. Aftercare is a vital part of being an ideal extension candidate. It is up to the individual to take care of their lashes once they leave the studio. We have figured out an average amount of extensions one should return with at each week's mark and base our scheduling timing on that. If you continually come to your appointments with excessive extension loss from not properly caring for extensions, you will be subject to an upcharge that covers the cost of additional time and product. You will not be charged if you shed more than normal (due to your natural life cycle), but if you notice this occurring, please call in advance so we can make timing accommodations.
Scheduling & Booking:
Properly scheduling appointments is how we keep our studio running smoothly. We will always do our best to communicate pricing/time changes but the more advanced notice we have for your desired look, the better. If you are booked for a classic application and decide you want volume, call ahead to make timing adjustments. Volume application is an advanced technique that takes more time and product, therefore it has different pricing than classic. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy and 48 hours for full sets. We get it, life happens! If something comes up and you are unable to make your appointment, please communicate this as soon as you can in order to avoid any late cancellation fees.
