Leslie, owner and founder of Charlie's Lashes, has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2000 and an Advanced Certified Xtreme Lash Stylist since 2011. Her creative nature has inspired her to master the art of eyelash extensions!  Her passion is to give you flawless lashes in a relaxing environment that makes you feel as beautiful as you look! The Xtreme brand helps her create a customized look for each and everyone of her clients! Leslie has brought together an incredible team of stylists who she is forever grateful for, knowing that everyone together makes the absolute dream team!

Katie

Tier 3

Katie is a 3-time certified stylist who has mastered the Volume technique and has been promoted to a Tier 3 stylist. As everyone’s biggest cheerleader on the Charlie's Lashes team, Katie plays a key role in creating a supportive and collaborative environment. Her leadership and dedication to helping her fellow stylists grow have been instrumental in her promotion. Katie works closely with all the stylists on the team, providing guidance and sharing her expertise to help them perfect their Lash and Brow skills.

Katie’s journey into the beauty community began in 2018, immediately after graduating from high school. Driven by her passion for enhancing natural beauty, she graduated from Innovate Salon Academy Esthetics, where her formal training began. Katie’s dedication to excellence is evident through her Xtreme Lashes certification and her impressive evolution in the beauty industry. Initially honing her skills as a professional full-body waxer, she eventually discovered her true calling in the artistry and creativity of eyelash extensions.

With nearly 15 years of experience, Katie is not only a talented lash artist but also our Master Makeup Artist. She specializes in creating stunning makeup looks for proms, special events, brides, bridal parties, and photography sessions, bringing an unparalleled level of expertise and artistry to every client. Her book is filled with lash-loving, loyal clients who adore her joyful personality and the spontaneous singing that adds a personal, heartwarming touch to their appointments.

Katie's love for beauty extends to education, as she offers personalized one-on-one makeup classes tailored to each individual’s needs. Whether learning from Katie’s expertly curated kit in-studio or using your own makeup bag for a customized approach, clients leave her sessions feeling confident and empowered. Known for her leadership, warm personality, creative flair, and incredible attention to detail, Katie continues to set the standard for beauty and excellence at our studio.

Michelle is certified in both lash and brow services and is always expanding her knowledge of techniques, trends, and products. From beautifully feathered brow laminations to her signature kitten-light-volume lash set (glamorous yet natural), Michelle loves creating looks that enhance her clients’ features without overpowering them.

One of her greatest joys is hearing, “This was so relaxing—I couldn’t even feel you working!” Her delicate approach and soothing energy make her the go-to for first-timers and seasoned lash lovers alike. And when she hears a client say, “I’m finally taking some me time,” she feels proud to be part of that self-care moment.

Michelle is deeply inspired by other artists and committed to continued education. She thrives on learning and evolving—and it shows in her work.

Diana

Esthetician: Waxing Specialist

With over two decades of experience and a reputation as the GOAT of waxing, Diana is not just a waxing specialist—she’s a true brow architect. A licensed esthetician since 1995 (shoutout to the Capri Institute), Diana has spent the past 20+ years transforming brows, smoothing skin, and making every client in her chair feel confident, comfortable, and completely at ease.

Her specialty? Brows—with a capital B. Diana fell in love with waxing when she saw the instant joy on her clients’ faces after a fresh brow transformation. To this day, her favorite service is a perfectly sculpted brow wax, especially when she gets to guide clients on their brow-growth journey (step one: put the tweezers down and trust the process 👏).

She’s known for building trust, delivering honest advice, and showing clients what’s possible with consistency and care. If you’ve ever walked out of a waxing appointment saying, “I didn’t know my brows could do that!”—you probably saw Diana.

But don’t let her precision fool you—Diana brings the laughs, too. She’s the comic relief of the studio (self-declared and team-approved), always bringing the humor, the yacht rock, and the kind of energy that instantly puts clients at ease. Her chair is a judgment-free zone, her playlists are a throwback dream, and her aftercare tips? Exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate.

Outside of waxing, Diana continues to grow her skillset with services like lash lifts, brow laminations, and tinting, helping clients amplify their natural features with minimal effort. She’s always evolving, always learning, and always keeping it real.

At Charlie’s Lashes, Diana loves the team vibe most of all. While the younger team keeps her entertained with hilarious daily convos, she’s the steady, sharp-witted anchor every client (and stylist!) is grateful to have in their corner.

Since joining the Charlie’s Lashes team, Brugge has fully immersed herself in advanced training and continued education, and we couldn’t be more proud to share that she now offers a complete range of services, including Lash Extensions with Xtreme Lashes Flash Cure Technology, Lash Lift & Tint, Brow Laminations, Brow Shaping & Tinting, and Makeup Applications.

Her journey began with a passion for skincare and helping people feel confident in their own skin—but quickly evolved into a love for lashes and brows, where she discovered the power of small details making a big impact.

What sets Brugge apart is her genuine care for her clients and her dedication to growth. She is constantly learning, refining her technique, and staying ahead of trends so she can deliver results that feel modern, customized, and effortlessly beautiful.

Leslie believes beauty is about feeling confident in your own skin, whether that means a full routine or something simple and natural. She is always continuing her education and refining her techniques to provide the most effective, skin-conscious results possible.

Outside of the studio, Leslie enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying new foods, exploring new places, staying active, and bringing a little creativity into her day.

No two days are the same for Ashlyn—and that’s exactly how she likes it. Whether she’s helping a first-time guest feel at ease, juggling last-minute changes, or doing a quick “drive-by” to check if a stylist needs backup, Ashlyn thrives in the beautifully unpredictable rhythm of the studio. She’s the secret sauce that keeps clients happy, stylists sane, and our days flowing effortlessly.

But don’t let her clipboard fool you—Ashlyn isn’t just the schedule queen. She’s also our unofficial product researcher, diving deep into the ingredients of anything we bring into the studio to make sure it meets her high standards. If it’s not up to par, it’s not making it to our shelves.

Clients love her for her quick wit, her ability to remember the little things, and her natural gift for making every appointment feel personal. From calming the nerves of a new client by sharing her own beauty experiences, to hyping up a lash nap with a perfectly-timed joke—Ashlyn always shows up with empathy, humor, and a whole lot of heart.

Off the clock? She’s a trained actor working on TV and film sets (yes, actual celebrities), and a die-hard Lady Gaga fan with a soft spot for punk, metal, Fleetwood Mac, and pistachio oatmilk lattes.

Ashlyn’s energy is the glue that holds the studio together—and whether she’s printing daily schedules, fielding frantic reschedules, or helping clients feel their absolute best, one thing’s for sure: we’d be totally lost without her.
