Leslie, owner and founder of Charlie's Lashes, has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2000 and an Advanced Certified Xtreme Lash Stylist since 2011. Her creative nature has inspired her to master the art of eyelash extensions! Her passion is to give you flawless lashes in a relaxing environment that makes you feel as beautiful as you look! The Xtreme brand helps her create a customized look for each and everyone of her clients! Leslie has brought together an incredible team of stylists who she is forever grateful for, knowing that everyone together makes the absolute dream team!
Holly

Holly’s passion for esthetics began in 2008 when she acquired her license from the College of International Esthetics in Arvada, CO. For the first six years of her career, she delved into the industry as a skilled laser technician, honing her expertise and gaining invaluable experience. In 2014, Holly embraced a new direction, becoming Xtreme certified and immersing herself in lashes. Her commitment to excellence led her to enroll in various specialized courses: in 2017, she mastered the Volume Technique with WinkLash, followed by a course in Russian Volume in 2018, and in 2019, she completed the American Volume course through NovaLash. Holly firmly believes that education is an ongoing pursuit essential for mastery in the lash industry.
She took a bold leap in 2020 by establishing her studio, Lash Me Holly, in NYC. Holly yearned for a more tranquil suburban setting as her business flourished to balance her career and cherished family life. Holly brings her unparalleled artistry to our community on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Her talent and unwavering commitment to education ensure every client experiences the epitome of lash perfection under her care.

Katie embarked on her journey into the beauty community in 2008, immediately after graduating from high school. Her passion for enhancing natural beauty led her to graduate from Innovate Salon Academy Esthetics in 2020, marking the beginning of her formal training. In 2021, Katie received her Xtreme Lashes certification, showcasing her commitment to excellence in the beauty industry. Having initially honed her skills as a professional full-body waxer, Katie discovered her true calling in the artistry and creativity of eyelash extensions.
With nearly 15 years of experience, we proudly claim her as our Master Makeup Artist. Specializing in makeup looks for proms, special events, brides, bridal parties, and photography sessions, Katie brings an unparalleled level of expertise to every client. Beyond her role as a makeup artist, Katie extends her passion for education by offering personalized one-on-one makeup classes. You can learn from Katie’s well-curated kit in-studio or bring your own cosmetic bag for a more tailored approach!

Jackie was introduced to the beauty world by her grandmother, a licensed cosmetologist & did hair out of her home. She was amazed by her grandmother’s work, and the rest is history! Jackie earned her license from Monmouth County Vocational School in 2014 after attending while in high school. She is truly passionate about growing her knowledge within the industry. She believes every day is a new day to learn something new & grow. Jackie is eager to share her love for lashes with everyone!

Chandis

Chandis’ eye for cosmetics ignited her career in the beauty industry. Her fascination with makeup blossomed into a profession when she joined NYX Cosmetics in 2016. Here, she mastered the intricate art of shade matching, showcasing her knack for precision and enhancing natural beauty. Chandis’ love for makeup soon evolved into a profound interest in skincare, propelling her to delve deeper into this realm. In 2020, fueled by her passion, she earned her license in lashing, followed by an esthetics license in 2021, further solidifying her expertise and commitment to the beauty industry.
Her journey led her to serve as the Manager and Trainer at DekaLash in Montclair, New Jersey, where she nurtured her skills and shared her knowledge with aspiring professionals. Although successful, Chandis yearned for more creative freedom and the opportunity for personalized, tailor-made experiences in the world of lashes.
This quest for individualized artistry led her to discover her home at the Lovely Little Studio, where she now thrives. With a heart full of gratitude and dedication to her craft, Chandis continues to craft unique, personalized experiences, making a difference in her clients' lives by uncovering the beauty and confidence that lies within.

Rebecca received her Esthetician license in February 2023, reflecting her long-standing passion for the beauty & cosmetics industry. She dove into the world of lashes shortly after and, in March, obtained her certification in lash extensions and has since been actively engaged in providing her clients with meticulously crafted lashes. Dedicated to expanding her expertise, Rebecca recently completed a volume lash course with local educator BlinkByMack. She is devoted to curating a long-lasting & thriving career in the world of lashes by embracing continuous education and actively seeking professional growth opportunities.

Diana has over 20 years of waxing experience, graduating from Capri Institute for Esthetics in 1995. She discovered her passion for waxing, and loves to provide a comfortable environment to help her clients feel at ease, so they can leave feeling their most beautiful! On top of waxing, she also provides her clients with brow and lash tinting to help make their eyes pop. Diana’s always learning new beauty services like lash lifts, tints, and brow laminations!
